Tomato Soup Recipe

Vitamin C is very important in boosting our immune system. Tomato soup can also help in getting rid of toxins from the body as it is rich in antioxidants as well. This tomato recipe is suitable for vegans and vegetarians alike.

Ingredients Need in Making Tomato Soup

  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 4 cups canned tomatoes, or fresh tomatoes.
  • 1½ teaspoons of onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1½ teaspoons honey.
  • one third cup unbleached white flour
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
  • ¼ teaspoon basil
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
How to Make Tomato Soup
  • Blend all ingredients except soy milk
  • Add soy milk to tomato mixture in a saucepan.
  • Lightly boil, stir often, until it is thick.
